Harisons Realty LLP. If you've ever been to Kalbadevi, you know how crowded it gets. We are located right in the middle of all that chaos at M J Market. Our office is on the ground floor of Mani Mahal, which is plot 353/355. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of history. Most days, we are just managing the different realty tasks that come our way in this part of Mumbai. Kalbadevi Road is always packed with trucks and people carrying goods, so getting to the office can be a bit of a struggle some mornings. We have been operating from here for a while now. The space inside is practical. We don’t have any flashy signs or modern decor. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of files. Most of our work involves local properties around the market area and the surrounding streets. It’s a very traditional way of doing business here. You talk to people face-to-face, have a cup of chai, and discuss the property details. Sometimes the electricity acts up because the building is old, but we manage. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure things run smoothly. We know the neighbors and the other shopkeepers around Mani Mahal quite well. It feels like a small community even though it's one of the busiest trading hubs in India. We just take it one day at a time.
