Our office is located at 604 in the Beach Square Building, right in the Andheri West Main Bazar. It’s a very crowded area and there is always something going on downstairs. Being an estate agent here means you have to be ready for anything. The building is easy to spot, which is good because the bazar can be a real maze if you aren't used to it. At Hariom Estate Agent, we don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. It is just a regular office where we do our business and try to keep track of all the listings in Andheri. I spend half my time on the phone and the other half walking to different buildings to show apartments. The humidity here can be tough, but we are used to it. We deal with all sorts of properties, from small studios to bigger family homes. We don't try to act like we are some big international company. We are just local people who know which buildings have good water and which ones have problems with the lift. We tell people the truth because we want them to be happy with where they end up. It’s a fast-paced environment and things change every hour, but we just try to keep up and help people find a place that fits their budget and their life.
