Our head office is situated at Shop No 12 in the Rajiv Gandhi Complex. It sits right opposite Ekta Nagar in Kandivali West. It’s a central point for us to manage things, though "head office" sounds a bit more grand than the place actually is. It’s mostly just a hub where we store all our files and meet with clients who have more complex property issues. Being across from Ekta Nagar means there’s a constant flow of people moving through the area. We see everything from rickshaws buzzing by to kids going to school. Inside, the shelves are packed with documents from years of work. We handle a lot of the administrative side of property deals here. It’s not always exciting, but it’s necessary to get the paperwork right so people don't have trouble later on. We have a few chairs for visitors and a tea stall nearby that keeps us caffeinated. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing campaigns. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we’ve been here a long time. It’s a straightforward operation. We open up in the morning, handle whatever comes our way, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s about being present in the community and helping out with the messy details of real estate whenever someone asks. It might not be the most exciting job, but it is what we do and we do it every single day.
