Hari Om Estate Agent

We’ve been running Hari Om Estate Agent out of Borivali East for quite some time now. Our office is on the ground floor, specifically Flat No 2 in the Datta Prasad Building. It’s right there on the 2nd Cross, which is quite close to Savarpada. If you live around here, you probably know the area. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Most of our days are spent at the desk or out looking at properties nearby. The space isn't big, just a regular flat we converted into an office. Sometimes the neighbors from the building drop by just to say hello or ask about the weather. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us without climbing any stairs. Borivali has changed a lot over the years, but this corner near Savarpada feels mostly the same. We handle the paperwork and talk to owners and tenants every day. It gets noisy outside sometimes with the traffic on the cross road, but that's just part of being in this part of town. We keep the files organized as much as possible, though the desk gets messy by the afternoon with all the notes we take. There is no big sign or anything flashy, just the address people follow. We know the streets around here well because we walk them so often to check on flats. If you are walking past the Datta Prasad Building, you'll see us there through the window. It’s a very straightforward setup for us. Just us working in the office, answering phones and keeping track of who is moving where in Borivali.
