Hardik Estate

We are located in Someshwar Arcade over in the Vesu area of Mumbai. It’s a pretty active and noisy spot with lots of different shops and offices around us. We’ve been here at Hardik Estate doing property work for quite a while now. Most of what we do every day is just helping local people find their way through the messy real estate market. It can be very confusing for folks who aren't used to it, so we just sit down and explain how things are currently looking. We don't use a lot of big marketing words or complicated charts to show off. It’s just us talking about which floors are available right now or what the rent is going for this month. We spend a lot of time walking through the long hallways of the arcade or heading out to see new construction sites. Vesu is growing very fast these days, so there is always something new being built on every corner. We try our best to keep up with all the changes. Our office is small and usually has a few people coming in and out to ask random questions. We don’t have a dedicated marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a local business run by people who live nearby and know the area well. We focus on getting the small details right so there aren't any big surprises for anyone later on. It is a steady job.
