Hanoze Mistry Design

Hanoze Mistry Design is tucked away on the 4th floor of the Kaveri Complex. If you know Andheri East, you know it can be a maze sometimes. We are in suite 402. Taking the elevator up is usually better because the stairs can be a bit much in the summer heat. We’re right by D R Lane and the City Market area on S J P Road. Being up on the fourth floor is nice because it’s slightly quieter than the street level, though you can still hear the horns from S J P Road all day long. In the office, it’s mostly just us working on design projects. There are sketches and papers everywhere. It’s not a very tidy place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time looking at computer monitors. The Kaveri Complex has all sorts of different shops and offices, so you see different people in the hallways every day. The City Market nearby is where we usually go to grab a quick lunch or some coffee. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes late nights when a deadline is coming up. We don't have any big philosophy about design. We just draw what needs to be drawn and try to make it look right. It’s a practical way to earn a living in a busy city like this. It gets the job done.
