You can find us at number 9 on the second floor of a building along L B S Marg in Kurla West. Hank Impex Pvt Ltd is mostly about handling paperwork and coordinating things from our office space. L B S Marg is always packed with cars and buses, so the sound of honking is basically the background music for our entire day. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with folders, ledgers, and boxes waiting to be moved. We aren't the type of company that has a big polished lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We deal with a lot of different things every day, and it can get a bit confusing with all the different rules and shipping details we have to keep track of. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and catching up on news, but other days are completely frantic and we barely have time to breathe. We don't have any big slogans or goals written on the walls. We just want to get through the pile of work on our desks so we can go home on time. The building is a bit worn down, and the stairs are steep, but it works for us. We’ve been in Kurla for a while now and we’re used to the pace of things here. It is just how we do business.
