Handloom Art

We are located on the ground floor of Building No 234, right on Suraj Street. It's a busy little area in Dadar West, especially being so close to the Ram Gopal Industrial Estate. Handloom Art is basically a place where we keep all our fabrics and finished pieces. It’s not a huge showroom with bright lights. Most of the time, the floor is covered with scraps of thread and stacks of material that we're working through. We’ve been here for a bit, and the neighbors in the Chamber know us well. The street outside can get pretty cramped with deliveries, but we manage. We aren't really the type to use big words about what we make. We just focus on the handloom stuff and try to make sure everything looks right before it goes out. Sometimes we lose track of time when a big order comes in. It’s a bit of a lived-in space, maybe a little messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. You won't find us doing much online marketing. We mostly rely on people walking by or folks who have been coming to us for years. If you find yourself near the industrial estate, you can see our shop. It’s a quiet life of work here on the ground floor. We just keep our heads down and handle the textiles as they come.
