Even though the name sounds big, our spot here in Parel feels very much like a part of the local neighborhood. We’ve been based in Parel for quite a while now. Every morning, the staff arrives and gets everything set up for the day. Parel is such a mix of old buildings and new offices, so we see all kinds of people coming through our doors. Some are just grabbing a packet of snacks to keep at their desk, while others come in for a proper meal with their family. It gets very busy during the lunch hour, and the noise of the city outside just blends in with the chatter inside. We try to keep everything organized, but when it’s packed, it can be a bit of a scramble. We’re just people working a job, making sure the shelves are stocked and the food tastes like it’s supposed to. We don't put on any acts here. It’s about getting your favorites and moving on with your day. We know we aren't the only place to eat in Parel, so we appreciate it when people choose us. It’s a lot of routine, checking batches and cleaning counters, but we like being part of the daily life in this part of Mumbai. It’s a simple operation at heart, despite the long name on the sign.
