You can find us at Shop No 1, right by the India United Mill B in Parel. We’re directly across the street from the big ITC Hotel, which is a pretty good landmark if you’re trying to locate us for the first time. H R C is a small setup, just a single shop floor where we handle our daily business. Parel has changed a lot over the years, with all the new buildings going up, but this corner still feels like the old Mumbai in some ways. We spend our time managing orders and talking to people who drop by. It’s not a fancy place by any means. We’ve got some basic furniture and our equipment laid out so we can work efficiently. Being near the mill means there’s a bit of history to the location, and we appreciate that. We aren't really the type to use big words or make grand promises. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. The traffic outside can be a nightmare sometimes, especially with the hotel guests and the local commuters, but we’ve learned to work around it. Most of the people who come to us are locals or workers from the nearby offices. It’s a straightforward operation here, no frills, just honest work in a busy part of the city. We keep the doors open and the fans running all day long.
