We are located in the Jewel Premises building on Mama Parmanand Marg. It’s right in the Opera House area of Mumbai. Our shop number is 307 on the third floor. If you know South Mumbai, you know this part of town is always crowded. We’ve been here for a while, just doing our thing with properties. It’s a bit of an old-school building, but it works for us. Our day usually starts with checking messages and going through property listings. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. The Opera House area has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or big advertisements. Most people find us because they’re looking for something in the 400004 pin code area. We talk to people, we show them what’s available, and we handle the boring paperwork that comes with it. It’s practical work. Sometimes the office gets a little cramped with all the documents and files, but that's how it goes in a place like this. We don't have any grand plans to change things. We just want to keep helping people with their real estate needs right here from our third-floor office. It’s a solid place to be for a company like ours, and we like the location. It is just a normal local office for regular real estate work.
