Guru Kripa Samosa

We are located in Shop Number 11 at Veena Apartment right on Centre Street in Goregaon West. This is where we make our samosas every day. It’s a busy little area and we have been part of this street for a while now. The morning usually starts with us getting the potatoes ready and making the dough. It gets quite warm in the shop once the frying starts but that is just how it is. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit down, so most folks just stand outside or take their food with them. Goregaon West is always moving and there are always people rushing to the station or heading to the shops nearby. We see a lot of students and office workers stopping by during their breaks. The shop is simple and we don’t spend much time on decorations. We focus on getting the food ready on time. Sometimes when the monsoon rains are heavy, business slows down a bit, but otherwise, it's pretty steady. My family helps out with the work when things get really busy in the evenings. We know the other shopkeepers around here too. It feels like a small community even though the city is so big.
