Guest Estate Agents

Our place, Guest Estate Agents, is over in Building No 17, specifically 5/B Andheri Uttara. We are quite close to the Lokhandwala Complex, which means there is always something going on nearby. The traffic in Andheri can be a bit much, but we are used to the noise by now. Our office is inside the building, so you have to come in and find us. It’s a functional space with some old filing cabinets and a few chairs for visitors. We deal with property and estates all day long. A lot of people come by asking about rentals or buying apartments in the local area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out showing people different flats. The building itself has been around for a while. We know the security guards and the other people working in the complex. It’s a busy life here. We don't have a marketing team or a bunch of slogans. We just know the buildings in this part of Mumbai. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We keep a notebook of all the available places and try to keep it updated. It is a simple setup but it works for what we do. People know they can find us here near Lokhandwala if they need help with a place.
