Group Seven Architects + Planners Pvt Ltd.

Our place is over at Duplex 04 on N.S. Road 10 in the Juhu Scheme. We go by Group Seven Architects + Planners Pvt Ltd. and have been in this duplex for a while. It’s a bit of a strange layout for an office, but it works for us. We have the design area on one floor and the planning stuff on the other. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it’s a good environment. Juhu Scheme is a busy area, but once you’re inside the duplex, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and people arguing over measurements. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anyone to walk you through a brochure. If you come by, you’ll likely see us buried under a mountain of site plans and coffee mugs. We aren't very good at keeping things tidy, especially when a deadline is coming up. The walls are covered in sketches and notes that probably don't make sense to anyone else. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor or making the place look like a showroom. We just need a roof over our heads and enough light to see what we are drawing. It is a very hands-on kind of environment here. We focus on the practical side of things and let the work speak for itself. We stay busy and don't worry about the rest of it.
