Grill Chill

You can find Grill Chill over in Santacruz West, right near the Stadium Circle. We are in shop number 9 of the Tagore Kung Building. It's a decent spot, though parking around the circle can be a real headache sometimes. We opened up because we wanted a place where people could just get some food without any fuss. The kitchen is small, so it gets pretty hot in there during the dinner rush. We spend a lot of time cleaning the grills and prepping ingredients every morning before we open the shutters. It’s mostly just us and a couple of helpers making sure the orders go out on time. We don't have fancy menus or those digital screens you see in malls. It’s just a board with what we have for the day. Sometimes we run out of things if the market was short that morning. That's just how it is. People from the neighborhood stop by on their way home from work. It’s nice to see familiar faces every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Santacruz, just a reliable one. The building is a bit old, but it has character. We try to keep the tables clean, but it’s a busy little shop. If you’re around the circle, you’ll probably smell the food before you see the sign. We’re just here doing our thing and serving the locals. No big marketing plans, just grilling and chilling every day. It's a simple life in a busy city.
