Green House Realty is over in Santacruz West, specifically at 15/4 in Mani Nagar. If you know the area, you know how it is being near Santacruz Station. It’s always loud and there are people everywhere, but that is part of the charm of working in real estate around here. We spend a lot of our time walking between buildings and talking to neighbors. The office isn't anything special, just a place where we keep our files and meet people to discuss apartments or shops. Living and working in Santacruz means you see things change fast. New buildings go up and old ones get renovated. We try to keep track of who is moving where. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting in traffic sometimes. Mani Nagar is a decent spot because it’s tucked away a little bit but still close to the main action. We don't really do the big fancy corporate stuff. It is more about knowing which landlord is looking for someone or which family needs a bigger place. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, but that’s just how the government offices work. We usually have tea at the stall nearby and wait for clients to show up. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us. Usually, we're out on the street more than we are in the office, but that's where the work is. It keeps us busy and we know the neighborhood well.
