Grande Festa Caterers

Our office is in the Mahindra & Mahindra CHS, specifically unit E/526 in the Shantivan area of Borivili East. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the industrial parts of the city. We’ve been operating from here for a good while, mostly serving the local community. It’s a small operation, and we don't have a big storefront with lights. Most people just give us a call or come by the apartment to talk about what they need for their events. We spend a lot of time planning menus and figuring out the logistics of getting food to different venues. It’s not always easy, especially with the traffic in Borivili, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't some big corporate catering firm; we’re just a small team that likes to cook. Our kitchen isn't in the same building as the office, but this is where all the management happens. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up during the busy wedding season. We don't use any slick sales pitches. Usually, someone has eaten our food at a friend’s house and then they find us here in Shantivan. It’s a quiet way to run a business, but it works for us. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay busy without getting overwhelmed. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby in the society and want a meal done right.
