Our spot is at 10 Goregaon West on St Marys Road. We have been around here for quite a while now. Goregaon West is a part of the city that is always moving and changing. From our office window, we see the constant flow of traffic and people on St Marys Road. We focus on helping folks with flats and small shop spaces. It is just a small team of us working here. Most of us grew up in these streets. We know which buildings have consistent water supply and which ones have issues with the elevators. We do not use those flashy brochures you see in big offices. Mostly, we just have photocopies and a phone that never stops ringing. Sometimes we have to go out for site visits, so the office stays empty for an hour or so. People just wait or call us back later. It is a pretty casual way of doing things. We work with landlords who have owned property here for forty years. Dealing with real estate in Mumbai is often a scramble, so we try to make it less of a headache for everyone involved. We are not trying to be the biggest agency around. We just do our work on St Marys Road. The traffic noise can be loud, but we manage. We have seen the skyline change from old houses to big towers. It is a lot to keep track of, but we do our best for the people who walk through our door.
