Sunny Estate Consultancy is located at Shop No 4 in the Heera Maniratan building. We’re right across from Vidya Bhavan in Goregaon West, so there’s always a lot of activity in the street. It’s a small shop, but we manage to get a lot of work done from here. We’ve been helping people with their property needs for a long time. Mostly, it’s about listening to what someone wants and then searching through our listings to find a match. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of local knowledge. Goregaon has changed so much, but our way of working hasn't really. We just try to be honest about what a place is like, even the parts that aren't so great. If a flat has a leak or the landlord is difficult, we usually know about it. We handle residential stuff mostly, but we do some commercial shops too when they come up. People often drop in while they’re out doing their errands because we’re easy to find. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town, just one that people can rely on when they need to move. It’s a lot of paperwork and running around to different offices, but that’s the job. We like being part of the neighborhood and seeing familiar faces every day. It’s just a regular local business.
