Our office is in the Prarthana Building, right there on M G Road in Goregaon West. It’s a busy corner where the Link Road meets, and being near the ICICI ATM makes it pretty easy for people to find us. Sunny Estate Agency has been operating from this spot for years. We do a lot of work with locals who are looking to move within the area or people coming into Goregaon for the first time. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our time answering the phone and trying to match people up with the right flat or shop. Goregaon West is always buzzing, and the real estate side of things is no different. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big presentations. We just sit down with a cup of tea and talk through what’s available on our list. Sometimes a deal takes a week, sometimes it takes months, and we just stick with it. We know the building owners around M G Road pretty well, which helps when someone is looking for something specific. It's hard work and involves a lot of walking around, but it's what we do. We’re just local people helping other local people find a place to stay or work. That's about it, really.
