Shreeji Estate Services

We are located in Goregaon West, inside the Heera Mani Ratan building. Our shop is number 10 and the area is officially called Survey No 150 on Pandurang Ali. We are directly opposite the State Bank of India, which is very convenient for everyone. The shop is just a simple space where we handle all our estate services. It has been our home for a long time and it feels very lived-in. We have a couple of desks and some chairs that are quite comfortable, even if they look a bit old. There is a small window at the back that lets in a little bit of light, but most of the brightness comes from the front door when it is open. Pandurang Ali is a busy little pocket of Goregaon and we see a lot of people coming and going from the bank all day. It is a practical office without any of the fancy decorations you might see in newer buildings. We keep all our property records in big physical binders because we still like to have things on paper. Sometimes the noise from the traffic on the main road can be a bit much, but we just turn up the fan and keep working. We are just local people helping other local people with their homes and shops. It is a simple life and we are happy to be part of the neighborhood here. We just take things one day at a time.
