Satish Estate Agent is located right on MG Road in Goregaon West. We are in Ganesh Niwas, room 1/6, which is quite close to the Shabri Hotel. If you’re familiar with this part of Mumbai, you know how crowded and lively it gets every single day. There’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been here for years, helping people find flats or shops in the local buildings. The office is small and filled with files and old registers that we use to keep track of things. It’s not the quietest place because of all the traffic and horns on MG Road, but we like being in the middle of everything. We spend our days meeting with landlords and showing people around different apartments in the narrow lanes of Goregaon. It involves a lot of back and forth, and sometimes deals don’t work out, which is just part of the job we do. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they saw our sign while walking to the station or someone they know told them about us. We know the building owners around here and which places have water issues or get good sunlight in the mornings. It’s all about knowing the little details that don't show up on a piece of paper. We just show up every morning and see who needs help. It’s simple work, but it keeps us very busy all day.
