Sahani Properties Consultant is tucked away over in Goregaon West. We are located at D-1 V, Kumud Nagar, right on S V Road. It’s a pretty busy area, especially being near the Cinemax Theatre and R.R.T. Road. You can usually hear the traffic from our office, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We aren't one of those massive companies with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us here. We spend our time looking at properties around the neighborhood and talking to neighbors. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place to get work done. We’ve been in Kumud Nagar for a bit now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking to different sites nearby. Goregaon West is a big place, but we stick mostly to our local patch. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the theater, which makes it easy to explain to people. We don't do much advertising. Most people just walk in or call us up. We like it that way. It keeps things manageable. We handle the usual property stuff without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers, but we know where everything is. It’s a local business run by local people. That is pretty much all there is to Sahani Properties Consultant. Just a regular spot on S V Road and we keep it simple.
