You can find us at number 18 in the Sagar Samrat building over in Goregaon West. It’s a simple office in a well-known building, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Goregaon is always a busy place, and being on the West side means we are constantly dealing with the hustle of the local market and the station crowd. Our office is just a regular room with a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork scattered around. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Usually, it’s just us sitting here, waiting for the phone to ring or for someone to walk in with a question about a local flat. We spend a lot of time coordinating between buyers and sellers, which involves a lot of waiting around and making phone calls. Sometimes we have to go out and check on properties ourselves, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We know the streets of Goregaon West like the back of our hands, from the small lanes to the bigger main roads. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s practical and it keeps us busy. We don’t use any corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local consultant trying to get things done for the people in our neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for years and people know where to find us when they need a bit of help.
