You can find Rahul Property Point at Shop No 27 in Prabhat Apartment. We are right there in Goregaon West, specifically in the Prakash Nagaar area. Being right beside the Oshiwara Bus Depot means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. Buses coming and going all day makes the place feel very alive. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when the whole staff is in at the same time. We have been in this spot for some time, watching the buildings go up around Goregaon. Most of the time, we are just busy with paperwork or talking to folks who come in after getting off the bus. It’s a practical location. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a few maps and some old calendars. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are always cleaning the glass. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just sit here and wait for people to ask about flats or shops in the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward way to run a business.
