Positive Estate Agency is situated in Flat No 3, on the D Wing of Siddhivinaya in Goregaon West. We are right opposite the Goregaon Fire Brigade Station. You definitely hear the sirens when they go out, which happens more often than you’d think. Being in the D Wing of a residential-style building gives the office a bit of a different feel than a shop on the street. It’s a bit quieter once you get inside. We are in Flat 3, so it’s easy to find once you enter the Siddhivinaya gate. The space is simple. We have a couple of desks pushed together and some shelves for all the property books. Goregaon West is a hectic place, but our little corner in the D Wing is where we get the real work done. I spend a lot of time looking out at the fire station across the road. It’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. Usually, it’s just one of us opening the door when someone knocks. The office has a bit of a lived-in look, with stacks of paper and old calendars on the wall. It’s a plain place where we just handle the day-to-day business of the neighborhood. We’ve been in this flat for a good while now.
