Our place, Om Sai Estate Agent & Contractor, is over at 286 Janjikar Street in Goregaon West. We are pretty close to the post office, which is how most people find their way to us. We’ve been doing estate work and contracting from this address for a good while. It’s a busy street, and there’s always something happening right outside the door. Our office is a mix of property files and some tools from the contracting side of the business. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't really have a big team or a fancy lobby. Usually, it’s just us talking to locals about their homes or some repair work they might need. Being near the post office means we get a lot of people just passing by who stop in to ask a question. We know the buildings around Goregaon West quite well because we’ve worked on many of them. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the days are long, especially when a project is finishing up. We don’t use any complicated systems; we just write things down and make sure the jobs get done. People in the neighborhood know us as the local guys who handle property and building stuff. It’s a simple, local business and we like it that way. We don't have any interest in being a big corporation; we just like working here on Janjikar Street. It is a good place to be.
