It’s just us here at Muskaan Real Estate Consultancy. We’ve been at Office No 7 in Sai Venus Chs for a while now. If you know Goregaon West, you’ll find us right across from the Vrajdham Mandir Road, pretty close to Dheeraj Residency. It is a busy little spot but we like it. People stop by when they’re looking for a place or just want to ask about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We spend most of our time dealing with papers and showing people around houses. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files, but that is just how it goes when you are busy. It isn't a fancy setup. Just a desk, some chairs, and us trying to keep things moving. We know the streets around here well because we walk them every day. We aren't part of some big chain or anything like that. It is just a local office where we try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. Usually, someone is around most of the day, unless we are out at a site showing a flat. If you're near Sai Venus, you can see our sign. It's nothing special but it gets the job done. We’ve seen Goregaon change quite a bit over the years from this spot. It’s a decent place to work and the neighbors are alright. We mostly just drink our tea and handle the daily phone calls.
