M P Estate Agent

We've been at Shop No 1/2 in Cci Colony for a while now. Most people know us because we're right opposite Rosary Church in Unnat Goregaon West. It's a busy spot but we like it here. Being M P Estate Agent means we spend a lot of time walking around these streets. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We mostly deal with the flats and shops right around here. If you’re coming from the station, just look for the church and we are right across the road. It’s a small shop, nothing too fancy. My desk is usually covered in papers but I know where everything is. We handle the paperwork and talk to owners all day. It gets noisy with the church bells and the cars, but we’re used to it. People drop in just to ask about prices or what’s moving in the market. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things get done right. Goregaon West has changed a lot since we started, but Cci Colony still feels like home to us. We keep the doors open most of the day, so people just walk in. It’s a practical way to run things. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just want to stay busy and help the neighbors. It's a simple life really. We drink a lot of tea and talk to anyone who comes by. That's just how we do it here.
