Our office is up on the first floor of the Siddha Rameshwar Building. It’s right next to Image Restaurant, which is handy when we need a quick lunch or a tea. Goregaon West is a crowded place, but we’ve found our own rhythm here. Being an estate consultant means we spend a lot of time talking and listening. Sometimes we are stuck at the desk and other times we are out checking on places around the area. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. The building isn't the newest one on the block but it works for what we need. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things get done. People usually find us because they saw the sign or they know the restaurant next door. We deal with all sorts of property questions every day. Some are simple and others take all afternoon to figure out. It gets a bit noisy with the street traffic below, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We try to keep our files organized, though sometimes they pile up when it gets busy. It’s just regular work, nothing too complicated. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. It’s a straightforward business and we just take it one day at a time. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or make huge claims. It is just about finding the right space for the right person.
