We operate Karwa Estate Agents out of Flat No 16 in the M 4 building. It’s over in Heer, Goregaon West, right on Ctm Cross Road. If you are looking for us, we are quite near the Shamrao Vithal Co Operative Bank, which is a good landmark because the streets here can get confusing. We have been in Goregaon for years and have seen it turn into what it is today. Our office isn't on the ground floor, so people have to come up to find us. It’s a quiet space where we sit down and talk about flats and rentals. We handle a lot of the older buildings around here as well as the new ones popping up. It’s a lot of running around, showing apartments to people who are often in a rush. Sometimes the traffic makes us late, but that is just Mumbai for you. We don't have a team of secretaries or a glossy brochure. We just use our notebooks and our phones to keep track of who is moving where. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can actually remember our clients' names. People come to us because we know the shortcuts and which buildings have the best water supply. We just do the work, collect the fees, and try to make sure everyone is satisfied with their new place. It is just steady, daily business for us here at Flat No 16.
