We are over at Shop No 15 in Prabha Apartments. It’s in Goregaon West, near the Zaveri Bazar and right by the BMC Pump House. It is a bit of a busy corner. You can usually hear the sound of the pump house or the people walking to the market. Kanta Estate Consultant has been operating out of this shop for a good while. It’s a small space, mostly filled with folders and a few chairs for people to sit while we talk. Goregaon is a big place, but we mostly stick to what we know around this side. We deal with people looking for homes or small shops. It’s not always easy, people can be picky and the paperwork is a nightmare sometimes. But we just get through it. We aren't some big agency with a lot of people. It’s just a few of us here. We like the local vibe of the bazaar and being close to the people. You see the same faces every day, which is nice. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know we’ve been here forever. If someone needs to find a spot in Goregaon, they usually find their way to us. We just try to be helpful and honest about what’s available. It’s just a regular local business trying to make things work for everyone.
