We’ve been working out of Jal Padma Chs Limited in Goregaon West for a good while now. People around here usually know where the building is, right near the local markets. It’s a busy spot, but we like being right in the middle of everything. My name’s Vishal and I handle most of the estate consultancy work myself along with a couple of guys who help out with the paperwork. Buying a flat or finding a tenant in Goregaon isn't as simple as it used to be. There’s always some new regulation or some issue with the society NOCs that crops up. We try to keep things clear for everyone who walks through our door. We deal with all sorts of properties, mostly residential around this part of the suburbs. It’s not fancy work, just making sure people get their keys on time and the documents are sorted properly. Sometimes the traffic outside our office gets a bit much, but that’s just how Goregaon West is these days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running down to the registrar's office. If you're looking for a place or want to sell, we're usually around from morning till evening. Most of our clients come from word of mouth anyway. We don't do much advertising because the local community keeps us plenty busy. It’s just us doing our job day by day.
