We are Jai Ambay Maa Properties, and you can find us over at 101 Goregaon West on the 4th Main road. We’re right there on 100 Feet Road in B N C Colony, not too far from M G Road. It’s a pretty central spot which makes it easy for people to drop by. We’ve been working out of this office for a good bit now, mostly focusing on the residential and commercial spots around Goregaon. There’s always something going on with property in this part of the city. We spend a lot of our time chatting with owners and checking out new places that come on the market. It’s a lot of legwork, but that’s the job. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we keep our records and meet with folks who are looking for a new home or an office space. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. Most of our clients come from word of mouth or just people seeing our board while they’re driving down 100 Feet Road. We know the shortcuts and the quiet corners of B N C Colony pretty well by now. If you’re around M G Road and need to talk about a property, we’re just a short walk away. We’re usually here during the day, unless we’re out showing a place to a client. It's a busy life but it keeps us on our toes.
