Our small office is located in Garage No 1 on Plot No 18/19 along Karve Road in Goregaon West. We are near the Bharat Co-operative Bank, which is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with this specific street. The space used to be a real garage, but we fixed it up a few years ago so we could have a place to work. It’s a very simple and practical setup. We’ve been helping people with property here in Goregaon for many years, so it’s a very local business. We know many of the families and the landlords who have been in this neighborhood for generations. Most of our work is just connecting people who need a place to live with owners who have an empty flat or shop. We don't do anything flashy. There are no big neon signs or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at the desk with a big register, writing down who called and what they are looking for. The traffic on Karve Road can be quite loud, but we like being right where everything is happening. We handle all the rental agreements and the police verification papers that people usually find annoying. It’s just part of our daily routine. We don’t make big promises or use any of that marketing language. If a place has small rooms or the light is bad, we just say so. It’s better that way.
