You can find us at the sales office in Dattani Shelters. It’s right in Goregaon West, directly opposite the Oshiwara Depot. Being near the bus depot makes it very easy to explain where we are to people. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of movement. We spend our days talking to people who want to find a place to live or work around here. The office is simple, just what we need to get the job done. We have the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and some brochures lying around. Goregaon West has changed a lot over the years with all these new buildings coming up. We try to keep up with who is selling what. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork. Sometimes the noise from the depot is quite loud, but we’re used to it by now. People drop in when they are passing by after getting off a bus. We don't use any big sales tactics. We just show what is on the list and tell them the price. It’s straightforward work. We know the streets around Oshiwara pretty well because we walk them often. It’s a decent place to be based. The hours are long sometimes, especially when someone wants to see a property late in the evening. We just do our best to be around when needed. It’s a bit of a grind but we enjoy it.
