Our shop is number 2 at Satellite Garden II in Goregaon West. It’s right near the Satellite Tower, which is a big landmark for anyone around here. We are also close to the Pipli Dholera Bhavnagar Highway in Dhandhuka. It’s a long name for a location but easy to find once you are on the road. We deal with estate matters from this small office. The highway stays busy with trucks and cars all day. We see a lot of people passing through. Most of our work involves local plots and shops. It’s a dusty area sometimes because of the construction nearby. We sit here and wait for people who are interested in buying or selling. The Satellite Tower helps people give directions to us. It’s a practical setup. We have a few maps on the wall and some old files. It’s not some big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular agency. Dhandhuka is an interesting place to work. You meet all kinds of people looking for land near the highway. We’ve been here for a bit and know the local rates. If someone walks in, we just talk to them normally. No fancy presentations. Just looking at what’s available on the market right now. The heat can be a bit much in the afternoons, but we manage. We just keep things moving. It's just us two working here most days. Sometimes we grab some food nearby.
