We’ve been around Goregaon West for a while now, specifically over near the Kamath Club area. Most people find us in A Wing of building 4/1 on SV Road. It's a busy spot but we like it here. My name is Ankit and I started this consultancy because I saw how confusing the local property market was getting for folks in Mumbai. We don't do anything fancy. It's just us in the office helping people look at flats or figure out shop rentals. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but the location makes it easy for clients to drop in after work. Dealing with paperwork is usually the biggest headache for everyone, so we spend a lot of time just going through files and checking things at the local offices. Goregaon has changed a lot lately with all the new towers going up. We try to keep up with who is selling what and which buildings are actually worth the money. It isn't always easy keeping track of every new project, but we do our bit. If you are walking past the Kamath Club and need to ask about a place nearby, you can just step into the building. We keep things pretty simple. No big speeches or high-pressure stuff here. Just a small team trying to make sense of the real estate situation for anyone who walks through the door. It’s mostly just hard work and knowing the neighborhood well enough to give a straight answer.
