Amarnath Singh Estate Agency is located at 95/2 in Goregaon West, right on the RTO Lane inside Laxmi Niwas. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it near the transport office. Our space in Laxmi Niwas is pretty straightforward. It’s a local office where we keep our records and meet people who are looking for places around Goregaon. The lane gets quite crowded with people going to the RTO, so there is always a lot of noise and activity outside our door. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a good amount of time and know the streets pretty well. We aren't fancy people at all. Our office has the usual chairs, a couple of old fans that rattle a bit, and stacks of notebooks where we write down what is available. It can get a bit dusty with the windows open, but we like to see what is happening on the street. We mostly deal with folks from around here who need a hand with property stuff. It’s a lot of talking and walking around to show people different spots. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink chai, and other days we are running around until late evening. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a desk and a phone. That is how we have always done things here in Goregaon West. We just try to be useful to the people who come in asking questions about the neighborhood and what is for rent or sale.
