We are located at A/43 on Shiv Mandir Road, right inside the Rolex Shopping Center in Goregaon West. It’s a busy spot, especially with the temple nearby and all the shoppers coming in and out of the center. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s right where all the action is. Being property consultants and developers means we have a lot of paperwork to deal with, so the office is usually piled with folders and site maps. We spend quite a bit of time navigating the local rules and talking to builders or people looking to buy their first home in Goregaon. It’s a tough market sometimes, and things change fast, so we just try to stay on top of it without making a big fuss. People usually find us by walking through the shopping center or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We don’t do much in the way of big marketing campaigns. We just open up in the morning, get our coffee, and start working through the list of people we need to call. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic on Shiv Mandir Road, but we like being in the middle of everything. If you need to find us, just look for the Rolex building and come up to A/43.
