You can find us at number 15 in Goregaon East, specifically over at the 3rd Cross in Ramaiah Layout. We are right in the Citylight Garden Phase area. Vishwas Estate Agency has been operating from this spot for quite a bit. It’s a quiet enough part of the layout, which we like. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or walking around Goregaon looking at different properties. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees and a huge marketing budget. It’s just us here, trying to help people find a place to live or a bit of land to invest in. We know the streets around Ramaiah Layout like the back of our hands. We can tell you which buildings have the best water supply and which ones might have issues with the lift every other week. We think it’s important to be upfront about those kinds of things. People are putting their hard-earned money into these places, and they deserve to know what they are getting into. We keep our office pretty simple. There are a few chairs, some folders full of listings, and a lot of local knowledge. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just work hard, talk to our neighbors, and try to make the whole process of buying or renting a little less of a headache for everyone involved. It keeps us busy and we like it that way.
