Vaastu Estate Agency is in A Block on the ground floor, right in the N N P Colony of Goregaon East. We are located near Sector 6, and the shop is easy to spot once you get into the colony gates. Being on the ground floor means we get a lot of people just walking by and peeking in to see what we have available. The colony is quite big, and we know most of the people who have lived here for years. Our shop is small and filled with files and a few chairs for visitors. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing we are here in the block. Usually, there’s a bit of a breeze coming through the door, and you can hear the kids playing in the colony nearby. We help people find rentals or buy apartments specifically in this area of Goregaon. It’s a lot of talking to the building secretaries and keeping track of who is selling their place. We keep the paperwork simple and try to make sure the buyers and sellers can agree on a price without too much trouble. It is a very local way of doing things, and we’ve been sitting at this same desk for quite a while now. We just close up in the evening once the colony gets quiet.
