You’ll find us at D/3 in the Lachiram Plaza Building, right here in Goregaon East. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, but we’ve made a nice little space for ourselves in the building. We’ve been doing estate consultancy for quite a while. Mostly, we help people navigate the tricky world of renting and buying flats around Goregaon. It’s a lot of work because things change so fast in this city. We spend our days on the phone, checking on listings, and meeting with owners. Our office isn't anything fancy—just some sturdy desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of files. We don't use flashy brochures or big promises. We just try to be honest about what a place is like and what the rent should actually be. People come to us because they want someone who knows the Lachiram Plaza area and the blocks around it. We aren't a big chain, just a local office where we know the security guards and the shopkeepers nearby. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just the nature of the business in Mumbai. We try to make it easier for the people who walk through our door. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs and trying to help others find a decent place to live or work without too much stress. It’s a lot of talking and walking, but we like it here.
