We’ve been here at Royal Palms for a while now. Our office is at 9 Golden Isle, tucked away inside the R A Mill Colony in Goregaon East. It’s a bit of a trek to get in here sometimes with all the greenery and the winding roads, but we like the quiet. We mostly handle things for people around this specific suburb. People drop by to talk about houses or flats they want to sell. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting around with tea, looking over papers and maps. The phone rings a lot, which keeps us busy. It isn't a fancy setup. We have some basic desks and some old charts of the area on the wall. The colony has its own rhythm, and we just work along with it. Sometimes neighbors come in just to ask about the market or what’s happening with the new rules in the colony. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just know these streets here very well. If someone needs a place in Goregaon, they usually find us eventually. It gets quiet in the evenings when the sun starts to go down over the trees. We close up around the usual time and head home. That’s pretty much how it goes every day for us. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve seen the area change over the years, with more buildings coming up, but we stay right here in the same spot.
