You can find us at Shop No D/114 in the Bmc Colony area of Goregaon East. Shraddha Properties Consultancy is located right there on Lbs Marg, not too far from the Nirmal Life Style complex. Another good landmark is the Sai Prasad Hotel, which is very close to our shop. It is a busy part of town, and there is always something happening on the street outside. Our shop is not very large, but it is where we do all our daily work. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit down and talk. It is a very basic setup, nothing fancy or corporate. We’ve been in Goregaon for a while now and have watched many new buildings go up around us. We are just regular folks who know the property business in this neighborhood. We don't have any big mission statements or promotional slogans. We just try to give sensible advice to anyone who asks. Sometimes the shop gets a little crowded when a few people come in at once, but we make it work. The noise from the traffic on Lbs Marg is always there in the background, but you stop noticing it after a while. We are honest about what we can and cannot do.
