Our agency is based in Shop No 13 of Building No D3, over in the Goregaon East area. We are right near Ryan International School, so there’s always a lot of activity around when school starts or ends. Being in a place like Mumbai, space is always tight, and that’s what we spend our days dealing with. We help people find apartments or small offices in Goregaon. The shop is small, but it’s where all the work happens. We have lists of places that are coming up for rent or sale. It’s a lot of running around, checking out buildings, and talking to society members. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we know the local market pretty well. People come to us because they want someone who understands the lanes and the buildings around here. We don't use any big marketing tricks. We just show the properties as they are. Sometimes we are out for hours showing flats to families, and other times we are just at the shop filing papers and drinking tea. It’s a busy life in Goregaon East, but we enjoy being part of the neighborhood and helping people find their next home without making it a complicated ordeal. There is always someone coming or going in this part of town.
