Sanjog Estate Agency

You can find us over in Goregaon East, right on the shop street in Satelite Garden Phase 2. It's a lively area, and our shop is usually right in the middle of all the noise. We have been working as Sanjog Estate Agency for a while now, mostly helping people find flats or shops around this neighborhood. It is a small place we have here, but it works for what we do. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just have our listings and a good memory of who is selling what. People come in from the street all day asking about rents or prices. We try to give them the straight story, even if it isn't always what they want to hear. The market in Goregaon moves fast, and it can be hard to keep up sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to show a place a few blocks away. It’s a lot of work, but we like being part of the local community. You get to know the shopkeepers and the families living upstairs. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Mumbai. We just want to do right by the people who walk through our door here in Phase 2. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. It is nice to see the same faces every single day.
