We are located at Ll-27 in the Gagan Shopping Arcade. That’s over in G Goregaon East, not too far from Gokuldham High School. Reality Property Consultants has been tucked away in this corner for a good while now. The shopping arcade is a lively place, especially during the school run when kids and parents are everywhere. We like being near the school; it makes the area feel more alive. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We’ve got some filing cabinets that are overflowing and a few posters on the wall that have started to curl at the edges. It’s a comfortable mess to work in. People often drop in just because they’re doing their shopping in the arcade and happen to see our sign. We don’t have a polished sales pitch prepared. We just tell people what we know about the local area. G Goregaon East has its own character, and being in Gagan Shopping Arcade puts us right in the middle of it. The lights in the hallway sometimes flicker, but we’ve gotten used to that over the years. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours on the phone talking to different people. It’s just us, doing our thing day in and day out. We don’t worry about being the biggest office around. We just focus on the people who come to LL-27 looking for a bit of help with their property stuff. It's a simple life here in the arcade.
