Pushpa Estate Agent

Our little shop is at De Elmas, number five to be exact. We are right in Goregaon East, not too far from Corporate Avenue, so the area stays pretty active. Pushpa Estate Agent is basically just a local place where we help folks find a roof over their heads or a spot for their business. Dealing with property in Sonawala R can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the traffic and new buildings going up, but we stay on top of it. It’s a small office, nothing too shiny. We have a couple of desks and a lot of files. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the mail. We know the streets around Paud Road well because we spend half our time walking them to look at flats. It's just us here, trying to make sure people get what they need without too much trouble. We don't use those big fancy words or try to sell you something you don't want. If a place has a leaky tap or a weird layout, we just say so. Being near the corporate offices means things move fast, so we try to keep up as best we can. It is honest work and we have been at this shop for a while now. Just a regular business in a busy part of the city. We usually have coffee ready if you decide to stop by and chat about a place.
