Pawan Estate Agency is located over in Goregaon East, specifically at number 9, Sangita Niwas. We are right across from the Satguru Industrial Estate, so it stays pretty busy around here with people coming and going from work. The office is a bit small, just a part of the building where we’ve set up our desks. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we don't really notice it anymore. We deal with all sorts of property matters, mostly for people who work in the nearby industrial area or live around Goregaon. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. We aren't the type to wear suits or use big presentations. Usually, it's just us in casual clothes, sitting around a table with some maps or folders. We know this part of Goregaon like the back of our hand. We can tell you which buildings have good water supply and which ones get a bit crowded. It’s just practical knowledge we’ve picked up over the years. People stop by because they saw our sign or someone told them we were fair. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and head home in the evening. It’s a simple life at Sangita Niwas, and we like it that way. No fuss, just property. Most of our days are spent just keeping things moving for our neighbors.
